Cell C7 in a cross-origin frame (ENG-2592; ENG-2312 candidate 4, ENG-2393). The frame is served from test-adblock.org and holds a target of the staged default-tier rule test-adblock.org##.eng2592-frame-has:has(> .eng2592-frame-has-child). A frame cross-origin to the top frame gets Brave's Aggressive cosmetic policy, so the default engine keeps its :has( selectors there (cosmetic_filters_js_handler.cc:636-650): Brave hides it in both modes. Ours drops default-tier :has( server-side in Standard before the frame's origin is known (D3).
Expectations are Brave's verdicts, stated in pages/cosmetic-fixtures.json (ENG-2592); until Brave is measured they are hypotheses. The status line mirrors the Standard expectation.
