Cell F10 (ENG-2592). $csp merge (N12): one $csp rule per tier on the /f10/ frame document; both directives reach the response. The force directive is measured as a custom filter; the default one is source-derived. /f10-control/frame carries no rule.
Rows, rules and Brave's verdicts are in pages/network-fixtures.json. The runner grades from CDP, never from this page.
